Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry has seen quite a bit of change over the last couple of years. We opened an office in Gastonia to help the families traveling from Gaston County to our Midtown office. We’ve found several new staff members to add to our team, all of whom have shown their adoption of and dedication to our core values. We recently opened an office in South Charlotte at Waverly and have felt welcomed into the community. Starting in July, we have one more major change to announce.
Meet Dr. Camilla Miskovich! She will be joining us in our Gastonia office and is so excited to share her experience and expertise with the patients at that location!
Due to the overwhelming outpouring of support in Gaston County and the demand for quality pediatric dentistry, Dr. David Moore made the decision to find and hire another dentist for the office. Of course, as with previous additions to the practice, the position can’t be filled by just anyone.
To be a part of Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry, one must be dedicated to quality dental care, promote oral health education, build long-term patient relationships, serve the community willingly and joyfully, and establish and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment. All of these attributes make up our core values, and it is critical that anyone looking to join the team fully understand what these values mean. Our patients and their families are directly impacted by the adoption of central principles that have guided our practice in the greater Charlotte area for so many years.
Dr. Miskovich has volunteered her time and services to orphanages in Honduras and Jamaica. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in her bachelor’s program. She enjoys helping kids with oral health, but she finds going the extra mile to provide a positive first visit experience an especially rewarding task.
Dr. Moore, and the entire CPD doctor team, spent extensive time interviewing, talking with, and learning about Dr. Miskovich. As much as they needed to be sure she would serve the patients with kindness, compassion, and cheer, they also wanted her to feel good about coming on board and taking up residence in the Charlotte area. As it turns out, Dr. Miskovich fell in love with Charlotte and Gastonia. She also found an easy comfort among her future co-workers. When the feeling is mutual, Dr. Moore knows she will be a great fit for the team!
