One of the joys of having multiple Charlotte-area pediatric dentist offices for Dr. David Moore, DDS, is seeing the unique culture of each location take shape. Of course, each office has a carefully-selected staff and adheres to the overall mission of the practice. Due to the personalities of the doctors, nurses, staff, and the patients (and their families), each location does create its own environment.

So many exciting things are happening at each office monthly, but here’s a quick overview of some of Dr. Moore’s favorites this year!

We’ve had so many great visits with old friends and new families so far this year in our Davidson location. One of the reasons we hear often is their love for Dr. Blanding. In her video, you can begin to see why. But, our biggest news from this office this year is also about her– Dr. Blanding is now Dr. Putney, and we are so thrilled for her! Congratulations, Dr. Putney!

One of the best ways to connect with the local community is through the schools. Emily, from our University office, did just that. She paid a visit to Mallard Creek Presbyterian School and was overjoyed to receive a sweet thank you from the teachers and students!

Dr. Wilson made the trip from our South Charlotte office to visit Mallard Creek Elementary School for Career Day. She loved being able to talk to the kids and was able to join our good friends from Burrow Orthodontics.

Giving back is an important part of our philosophy, but when we can contribute to the community and work on our fitness, our staff is thrilled! We sponsored and participated in the Carolina Cycling Team 5th Annual Bike LUCK (presented by the Charlotte Knights). You can see some shots from that day on our Facebook page!

We love the Gastonia Grizzlies! We are happy to see their season kick back off, and we’re excited to be involved again this year.

Our newest office location is wasting no time in getting involved in the community. It’s one of our greatest privileges to be able to help local organizations in whatever way we can. Recently, Dr. Dunlap, Dr. Wilson, and several staff members participated in a Girls on the Run event in Union County.

Back in the office, we’re still enjoying seeing all of the new patients and their families come through our doors. We’ve made even more changes since our initial opening announcement for this office, and we’re so honored to be in the Waverly community!

It’s been a busy season in all of our Charlotte pediatric dentist offices this year! We love finding new ways to help the community smile, but our primary focus and most important work will always be helping our patients – and their families – smile at each visit, no matter which office they call home.
